Caribbean Luxury Real Estate Development Group (Carib) is an investment company that specialises in creating world class hospitality and residential developments in the Caribbean region.

San Salvador Bahamas (Columbus Isle)
San Salvador Island is known in history as the first land fall of Christopher Columbus in 1492 and is 96.5 square kilometres in size.
Carib have an option to develop 10,000 acres of land and have just identified the first site for a world class resort destination with 2 hotels and 250 branded residential luxury villas.
The current owner of the 10,000 acres of land is an equity shareholder in our Development Company.
Our equity partner built the Club Med Resort on San Salvador as well as other luxury resorts throughout The Bahamas.
North West Point Provo Turks & Caicos Islands
Turks & Caicos Islands are known for having the highest occupancy and highest room rates per night throughout the Caribbean.
Carib owns 40 acres with an option of a further 30 acres, as well as government letters to increase the development size to 200 acres in total at NWP. This is on the main tourist island of Providenciales and adjacent to the World famous Amanyara Resort which has the highest room rates per night and residential sales in the Caribbean.
Dellis Cay
Dellis Cay is a 560-acre private island located in the Turks and Caicos Islands archipelago. This island sits south of Parrot Cay and north of Pine Cay and can be easily noted in the chain of Caicos Islands. Dellis Cay is located a few miles from Providenciales and is accessible by a 20-minute boat ride or a few minutes by helicopter.
Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico ticks all the boxes for a picture-perfect Caribbean island holiday. Its white sandy beaches can compete with any in the world and vary from metropolitan cocktail heavens and bustling surfing hotspots to quiet island get-a-ways. Easily accessible diving and snorkelling spots and the excellent bioluminescent bays offer great maritime experiences. Still, there’s more to this tropical island than sunny beach life. The Spanish-American influences make for a fun melting pot of culture with an abundance of heritage to explore and some delightful food to enjoy.
As Puerto Rico is a self-governing commonwealth of the United States of America, it’s a particularly hassle-free and therefore popular destination for US citizens – but well worth any trip to get there. It is known as the “Island of Enchantment”.
We have 780 acres of land with 8 miles of private beach on a peninsula overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the island of Viequez.

Liev Rodríguez is an Architectural and Planning firm established in Marbella, with over 30 years of continuous work in Spain and the Caribbean. We develop creative projects searching for excellence in the planning and design of hotels, resorts, large scale residential and exclusive villas.
Our architectural way of thinking is based on the concept that as important as the skill for dreaming up spaces, is the Architect’s capacity to imagine human situations. Architecture is simply the arrangement of space for the wellbeing and happiness of Human being.
As a way of countering generalised homogeneity and uniformity, we propose rescuing what is unique, significant, distinctive, the sign or symbol and, fundamentally, the essence of each place.

Sir George Hamilton
QPM, BA (Hons), MBA (Dist), LLD, FIoD
A senior executive with a strong track record of leadership in some of the most demanding circumstances. As Chief Constable and Accounting Officer for the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) he successfully managed a £1.1 billion budget and workforce of 9800 people; this position completed a rewarding 34-year career in policing.
Since stepping down as Chief Constable, Sir George has worked internationally providing strategic advice to PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) LLP and other organisations and governments on crisis and risk management, organisational change, governance, ethics and transformation.
He is comfortable setting and challenging strategy, managing crisis, providing effective leadership and support to senior executive teams and operating at the highest levels of Government. A sharp eye for complex challenges, he is able to exercise sound judgement and make tough decisions within highly complex and politicised environments. He is experienced in providing strategic direction and constructively engages senior stakeholders across a range of sectors including political, commercial and voluntary operating environments. He is an experienced Non-Executive Director on several boards of highly effective organisations.
Sir George holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Economics and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. He is a Visiting Professor at Ulster University, Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. His contribution to policing and community in Northern Ireland was recognised by the awarding of an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from Ulster University in 2019.
He was awarded the Queen’s Police Medal in 2015 and a Knighthood in Her Majesty’s 2019 Birthday Honours List.
Mark McDowell

Police and Justice Advisor Northern Ireland Co-operation Overseas (NI-CO)
Mark served with the Royal Ulster Constabulary GC and the Police Service of Northern from October 1980 to October 2014. From 1995 Mark has been involved in various aspects Covert Policing holding the ranks of Detective Inspector to Detective Chief Superintendent in substantive ranks and acted in the role of Assistant Chief Constable. He managed police and police staff in a department of 700 with a budget of £36 million. He represented the Police Service of Northern Ireland locally, nationally, and internationally on Intelligence and security related matters. The post included the development and implementation of policy with internal and external partners including the Security Services, Serious Organised Crime Agency, National Crime Agency, Customs, and International Law Enforcement Agencies. Responsibilities included briefing Security Ministers and Political Leaders. He was responsible for high-level complex projects, including the handover of the National Security Lead to the Security Service 2002 – 2007. The development of Intelligence Branch Police Service of Northern Ireland 2007- 2011. Multi-Agency Cooperation in the Fight Against Terrorism and Organised Crime. Mark has been a critical friend on a review of Intelligence Structures within the Metropolitan Police and assisted the Heads of Counter-Terrorist Units in the UK in their quest to replicate structures enjoyed by the Police Service of Northern Ireland and the Security Services.
Following his retirement as Head of Intelligence, he returned to the Police Service of Northern as Legacy Support Manager/Operational Security Advisor, providing advice, experience, and corporate memory around historical revisionism and was Operational Security Advisor G8 Northern Ireland. He is a member of the Leadership in Counter Terrorism Alumni Association a group made up of program graduates from law enforcement agencies worldwide.

Arun Panchariya
An award-winning Investment Banker & Entrepreneur with over two & half decades of rich experience in the
financial markets. He has won several awards and recognitions, some of them include: (i) Non Residence Indian
foundation Excellence Award-2015 presented by Hon’ble Finance Minister of India; (ii) Business Excellence Award
by Africa International Business Forum “AIBF” at the House of Lords, London for “Africa Infrastructure Initiative”
in 2015; (iii) AAA Platinum Business Person of the Year 2010” Award by the Asian Achievers Awards in September
2010 in London; (iv) Asian Leadership in Banking Award 2010 by International Who’s Who in London presented by
Mrs. Cherry Tony Blair.
A well-known name in the global market, Mr. Panchariya’s business investments are spread across a wide range of
industries and are placed in different locations in the global markets. He is the founder of Global Finance &
Capital Limited (Authorised & Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, UK) and has held various certified
positions in FCA including CF1, CF3, CF8 & CF30. He had set up various financial institutions i.e. Banks,
Securities Broking firms, Arbitrage-based funds for India, Infrastructure Funds, Asset Management Companies
with various or respective regulators of their respective jurisdictions. Currently, Mr. Panchariya is working with
Asian Development & Investment Bank Limited (“ADIB”), a Multilateral Bank from Malaysia & Hong Kong in
the capacity of ADIB’s Ambassador for Middle East & Africa Continent for investment & development of
Infrastructure Projects. In 2012, Mr. Panchariya was appointed as the Consul General of Liberia for United Arab
Emirates and in the year 2018 he has got his posting for Buenos Aires- Argentina as consul General of Liberia.
Before this position Mr. Panchariya was working as President & Member of the Managing Board of Euram Bank
Asia Limited (a joint venture with European American Investment Bank AG, Vienna, Austria) and was directly responsible
for Investment Banking, Private Equity Financing, Capital Market Transactions and Corporate Finance. Euram Bank
Asia Limited was a licensed firm duly authorized & regulated by Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA”),
Dubai. He resigned from his post in September 2011.
He has also had the privilege of having worked as an Investment Banking Advisor for bringing the required
funding and right financial modeling for the projects for various Government and Semi-Government bodies
including (i) the Government of Malaysia (for the construction of Padma Bridge on the mighty Padma river in Bangladesh worth
US$ 2.9 billion, G-to-G project); (ii) State Government of Pahang, Malaysia (on US$ 2.3 billion development project of Oil
& Gas and maritime industrial park in Pekan, Pahang, Malaysia); (iii) Government of The Republic of Liberia (for the
development of 10,000 housing units for lower income group); (iv) Government of Serbia for Infrastructure development
project.
As Principal Owner of Global Finance & Capital Ltd., he has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with
(i) The West African Economic and Monetary Union (“UEMOA”) and (ii) The West African Development Bank
(“BOAD”), whereby GFCL has been appointed as their Financial Advisor for infrastructure development projects
of more than US$18Billion in UEMOA region. The projects assigned to GFCL includes: Road development,
Railway development, Airport construction, Maritime transport development, Construction of Bridge(s), Energy
sector including Renewable Energy, Housing, Food security & Water Control etc. (*The eight Member countries of
UEMOA are Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Niger, Togo, Senegal). Under Mr. Panchariya’s
guidance, GFCL successfully organized an Invest in UEMOA conference in September 2014

UEMOA member countries including the signing ceremony confirming the said investment interest by various
Corporate and Institutional investors, during the conference.

in addition to the eight Heads(PRESIDENT) of member Countries of the UEMOA and His Highness Sheikh
Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai & Prime Minister of the UAE along with respected Cabinet
members and others high profile individuals & businessmen. In that context, GFCL had also been nominated as
Best Infrastructure PPP Advisory Boutique – Global 2015 by Capital Finance International Corporate Finance
